Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. |

ARAK HADDAD 1 ounce RAWLINGS LONDON DRY GIN 1 ounce lime or lemon juice 5 - 7 ounces HADDAD CHAMPENOISE (CHAMPAGNE) |

Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice. Strain into a long glass with ice cubes. Fill glass with chilled Champenoise. |

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. |

ARAK HADDAD 1 1/2 ounces RAWLINGS LONDON DRY GIN 1 tablespoon sweet cream |

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. |

| LADIES COCKTAIL | 1 1/2
ounces BLACK JACK WHISKY 1/2 teaspoon ARAK HADDAD 2 dashes bitters ( if available) |

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a pineapple stick on top. |
