From the Private Collection of the Haddad Family cellars, Jordan’s largest and oldest wine cellar. The winemaker’s selection of every year’s special vintage, as part of his quest to write the history of wine making in Jordan and observing the development of each wine.
A complex wine that is deep ruby in color and oozes with rich floral, ripe plum and cherry aromas. On the palate it shows mouth filling fruitiness and a long smooth finish.
Best enjoyed with meats, game, lamb chops and tomato-based dishes.
