OUR STORY
Established in 1953 by Mudieb M. Haddad, Eagle Distilleries began with a collection of copper pot stills, producing handcrafted batches of Arak and Brandy. Those same original stills remain in operation today, as a proud symbol of our heritage and unwavering commitment to traditional craftsmanship.
In the 1960s, the company entered a phase of strategic growth, expanding production with the introduction of a modern column still and forming key partnerships with distinguished distilleries in the United Kingdom, Scotland, and France. This era marked the beginning of a rapidly expanding product portfolio and international outlook.
By 1975, Eagle Distilleries had established its own winery and cellar, setting new standards in the Jordanian wine industry with a dedication to quality, authenticity, and innovation.
A landmark achievement came in 2000 with the founding of Haddad Estates and Vineyards, located on the edge of the basalt Arabian Desert, one of the world’s most distinctive terroirs, where we grow our premium grapes.
Today, under the third generation of the Haddad family, Eagle Distilleries proudly produces a wide range of spirits and wines, including Arak, brandy, gin, vodka, whisky, liqueurs, rum, and wine. With distribution spanning from Australia to the United States, Eagle Distilleries remains a pioneering force in Jordan’s beverage industry, driven by heritage, innovation, and a bold vision for the future.
